With the addition of water, this formula transforms to a silky emulsion, safely and easily eliminating makeup.

Massage on dry skin until make up dissolves. Add water to change oil to makeup melting solution. Rinse with warm water. To remove waterproof mascara, gently rub lashes between index finger and thumb before adding water.
